Terms & Conditions

1. An order needs to be confirmed at least 7 days (excluding Sundays) before the collection date, and wedding cakes 1–12 months before the collection date. For complex designs an order must be confirmed at least 7 days before the collection date. The quote is valid for 30 days.
2. All communication used on WhatsApp, Messenger or email will be regarded as confirmation of design, flavour and sizes.
3. Late orders will be charged a non-negotiable fee starting from R150.00, depending on the complexity of the cake.
4. A 50% to 75% deposit (or the full amount) is required to confirm an order. Any order under R500 must be paid in full. Deposits can be made by EFT, Cellphone Banking (any bank), ATM, or at the shop — deposits only. No eWallet.
5. The quote given will be based on vanilla and chocolate flavours. Any other flavour must be agreed upon before the quote is given.
6. Should the client change the design after the deposit was made, this may result in an increase or decrease of price. Once the deposit is paid, there is no refund.
7. Should Sinah’s Exquisite Cakes change the design, consent from the client must be obtained — unless the client has given creative control to Sinah’s Exquisite Cakes.
8. All orders will be collected at Sinah’s Exquisite Cakes in Mabopane.
9. Delivery is charged at R8.00 per kilometre × 2 (return trip).
