A cake, before it is
tasted, is felt.
SINAH began not in a commercial kitchen, but at a small marble table where every fold of buttercream was treated as a brushstroke. What started as cakes made for family occasions became a devotion to craftsmanship — each tier sketched, sculpted, and finished by hand.
Today, the atelier creates a small number of commissions each month, each one designed in close conversation with the people celebrating — because the most memorable cakes are never mass-made, only made with intention.
